Overall, her most notable skill is her strong magical abilities. Possessing what Charm-caster calls a "magical aura", Gwen can use various magic artefacts, charms, talismans, spell books, and spells. On two occasions, Gwen has used one of the five Charms of Bezel to become a super heroine named "Lucky Girl". At first, her magical ability drew from the luck-granting Charm of Bezel, which granted her good luck. While wearing the charm, any action she took would result in a beneficial chain reaction that often injured Ben in the process. She later revived her super heroine identity after obtaining the Keystone of Bezel, which greatly increased and strengthened her natural abilities to superhuman levels and granted her superhuman agility, stamina, and endurance. She was later forced to retire when the Charms of Bezel were destroyed. However, in the future, thirty-year-old Gwen went to the mystical inter-dimensional world, in Ben 10: Alien Force, her innate magical abilities have greatly strengthened. She can manipulate pink/magenta-coloured energy to create energy blasts, shields, barriers, ropes, chains, stepping stones, and other weapons and items. She later learns that her powers are not magic, but rather alien, and her paternal grandmother, Verona, is a vastly powerful Anodite alien from a free-spirited alien species who can manipulate and control a supernatural substance called mana, the essence of magic and life itself. Gwen is also able to take on an Anodite energy form when she gets very angered, enraged or stressed. In the mystical world of Ledger Domain, Gwen's innate magical and Anodite powers are both further magnified to even greater levels. She later begins to use her mana to cast spells again.
